How can your prices be so low?
We buy large quantities of folding bicycles direct from the factories which guarantee the lowest prices.
Where are these folding bikes made?
We manufacture and import our own GreenZone Brand Bicycles from reputable factories overseas.
How much is shipping?
Free Shipping – (For a Limited Time Only)
We ship to the lower 48 states only; we do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, APO, FPO, or P.O. Boxes.
How long will it take to receive my bike?
All folding bikes are in stock and are shipped right after payment is received or funds have cleared. Once shipped, it generally only takes about 5-7 days for you to get your folding bicycle.
Will I receive an email order confirmation and tracking number?
Shortly after placing your order, you will receive an email from us confirming your purchase. If you do not receive an email confirmation within 48 hours, please email us. You will also receive a second email from us after your  folding bike has shipped with a FedEx tracking number.
Do you stock parts for your bikes?
Yes. We stock parts for all of our folding bicycle models. Also, the good thing about these bikes is that your local bike shop can work on them and the parts are interchangeable.

What forms of payment do you accept?
To provide you a secure checkout, we accept all credit cards through PayPal. You DO NOT need a PayPal account to process your credit card payment. All you do is just click on "add to cart" for the item you want. It will take you to the secure PayPal page to pay for your foldable bike. Then click on "proceed to checkout" and continue on the left side of the page. Is there assembly required?
Our 16” & 20” model folding bikes come assembled and will arrive in a double-boxed to better protect them during shipping. Our Tandem Edition Model requires some minor assembly - front wheel, handlebars, seats and pedals. If you still need help, a local bike shop should be able to help you for around $50.
Can I pick up folding bike at your warehouse in Houston, Texas?
Yes you can; just email or call us to let us know when you want to pick it up so we can have it ready for you.
Do we pay any sales tax on our purchases?
Only Texas residents are required to pay sales tax of 8.25% which is added to the purchase price for your folding bike.
