Since we make Customer Satisfaction a top priority and are confident about the quality of our Bikes and E-kits, if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, simply pay to return it within 30 days for a complete refund of your purchase price excluding shipping fee of $69 for 20″ folding bikes & E-Kits, & $249 for Electric Trikes for shipping it to you (even if it was special free shipping offer). Just email us to let us know that you want to return it and ship it back to us insured in the original box. Bike must be returned in new condition. We do not charge any restocking fees.

All of our GreenZone Bikes are brand new and come with a manufacturer’s warranty.

Our Folding Bikes come with a Full 1-Year Warranty for the frame and forks and a 90 day Warranty for any other defective parts on the bike.

Our Electric Folding Trikes come with a Full 1-Year Warranty for the frame and forks and a 90 day Warranty for the motor, battery, charger, controller, led display, twist throttle and any other defective parts on the bike.

Our Electric Bike Kits come with a Full 1-Year Warranty for the Hub Motor and a 90 day Warranty for the Lithium-Ion Battery, battery charger and all other components.

If a part is defective during the warranty period, just send it back to us; and we will send you a new replacement part. This warranty is expressly limited to the repair or replacement of a defective frame or defective part and is the sole remedy of the warranty. The good thing about these bikes is that most of the parts are interchangeable with parts at your local bike shop.

We value and respect the privacy of our customers. We also believe the confidentiality and protection of customer information is one of our fundamental responsibilities. We do not sell or rent the information you provide to us online to third parties. Seller (GreenZone Bikes) makes no warranties as to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose neither expressed or implied and disclaims any responsibility for the product when not used as intended.

Buyer bears the responsibility to inspect bicycle each time before using it and takes full responsibility for assuring that the bicycle remains in good working order and safe to use. If buyer is not familiar with assembling or inspecting the bicycle, buyer agrees to take the bicycle to a professional before using. Buyer agrees to assume all risks when allowing others to ride bicycle.

By purchasing any bicycle from GreenZone Bikes and this website, I, as buyer, acknowledge and agree to be at least 18 years old and acknowledge and understand that riding a bicycle can be a dangerous activity and understand that this activity can result in serious injury to the person and damages to property and voluntarily assume any and all risk associated with loss, damage or injury while riding the bicycles advertised on this website. I, as buyer, agree to release and forever discharge GreenZone Bikes and their agents, servants, employees, officers, directors, trustees and all other persons or entities acting on their behalf. In no event shall GreenZone Bikes or their agents, servants, employees, officers, directors, trustees and all other persons or entities acting on their behalf be responsible for incidental or consequential damages, whether based on contract, warranty, negligence, product liability, or any other theory, including, without limitation, personal injury damages, property damage or economic losses. This agreement shall be construed under and in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. The parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the State of Texas and further agree that venue for all claims, causes of action, and requests for damages, associated with this agreement, shall be Harris County, Texas.
